This brand new apartment is located in a newly constructed building, few minutes walk from the beach and close to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, metro and bus lines. You can get to the city center by metro in 10 min!
The place is perfect for those looking for a quiet place to stay. Ideal for those who travel for work or work from home, enjoying the balcony with views and private parking.
The apartment of 54 square meters is located on the 5th floor of a brand new building with elevator. The parking space is at ground level.
Parking spot measures: 220 cm (width) x 440 cm (length) x 250cm (height)
The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Starting with the living room, it has a sofa bed for up to 1 adult or 2 kids, a smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The balcony brings natural light to the space and offers nice views to the area. In the balcony there is 2 chairs, one bench and a small table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine, fridge and oven available.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. The window is overlooking the street, however blocks well the outdoor noise.
Centralised air conditioning and fast WIFI are also available in the apartment.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal, parking spot and access to the community rooftop.

- It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.

When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
