Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Malaga! This cozy and well-equipped apartment is the perfect choice for both short and long vacations. With its convenient location next to all the shops, Calle Larios, restaurants and cafes, you’ll be immersed in the vibrant energy of this beautiful city. This 1BR apartment of 42 square meters has been completely renovated recently. It is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator. There is air conditioning and soundproof windows for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day. There is 1 bedroom with a 135 cm bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, crockery, pots, and pans. The living room has a sofa, a TV, and a small balcony to catch the evening/morning sun. In the bedroom, you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, and a balcony facing the street. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal so you can make yourself at home. The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - 2 minutes from Plaza La Marina - 2 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios. - 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 6 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 20 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Tejón is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you want to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment. Additional services:
