Sandpiper Cottage is your perfect small family gathering place. Conveniently located midway to the village area and beach access. Everything is updated and comfortably furnished for 6 guests. Pool is surrounded by tall Bamboo for privacy and there is also a fun Cabana for your pool side fun.
THE SPACE
Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals during your stay, along with a washer and dryer for your use. Coffee maker is a single serve Keurig. Any additional kitchen supplies you may require are responsibility of the guest during your tenancy.
Home Layout:
Enter into open kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 4), dining room (seats 6), which flows into TV/Family room with a 55” smart TV and half bath and back yard exit through screened in back porch.
Behind the kitchen is a shared hall bathroom and laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
Guest Bedrooms are 2 Queens with 42” smart TVs. Master Bedroom is a King, 42” smart TV, adjoining bathroom with a shower and single sink.
Pool is a private Oasis surrounded by a hedge of bamboo. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes from the beach. There is an outdoor gas grill pool side
Parking is limited to 3-cars.

Our team at Property Manager will provide you with self-check in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached by phone or text.
A starter supply of products to include:
2 rolls of paper towels in kitchen
2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
1 starter supply of hotel quality toiletries per bathroom
3 dish laundry detergent pods
Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby Property Manager, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you’ll find the St. Simons Property Manager and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can’t host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
