Introducing "Villa Etoule Noir " 160 m2– Perched in a superbly panoramic position, and with far-reaching views out over the Cretan sea. Luxury meets tranquility offering breathtaking views of the sparkling waves. The heated pool, situated just outside the villa, invites guests to immerse themselves in its inviting waters. With its temperature kept comfortably warm, it provides the perfect condition for relaxation and enjoyment. The villa can accommodate comfortably up to 11 people.
As you enter, you’re greeted by a spacious living room adorned with modern furnishings and equipped with a large TV and air conditioning to ensure. Adjacent is a fully-equipped kitchen and a convenient WC for guests’ use.
In the same space there is also a bedroom consisting of : 2 single beds, a balcony , Air conditioning, a 32″ TV and a wardrobe.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
