Homestead is a part of Edwards, CO. The property backs up against open forest land and you can be on trails within a few steps. The home is located 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and 20 minutes from Vail. Along with the world-class skiing just minutes away, Edwards serves up many other outdoor adventures. The town offers different thrilling activities such as fly-fishing with a guide, floating down the Eagle River and hiking through stunning wilderness areas. Edwards is nestled in the Vail Valley, west of Vail and Beaver Creek, known for their ski slopes, which makes this town an excellent base for your Vail Valley vacation. The most charming and popular spot to hang out in Edwards is its modern downtown area, Riverwalk, located next to the Eagle River. Riverwalk at Edwards is a lovely setting that lets you enjoy nature while stopping into the many restaurants, boutiques and galleries. The town also features a movie theater, a hotel, and a variety of professional services, in addition to the endless outdoor activity options.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
