Beautifully restored 4 bed, 2 bath Victorian for up to 8 guests (sorry, no pets) less than a block to Harrison Avenue!
The Josephine is a proper Victorian lady, upgraded for the perfect Leadville vacation! Modern amenities ensure your comfort while staying in classic style. Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms, one full bedroom, a full bath, and a cozy den for reading & relaxing.  Downstairs has one more queen bedroom and another full bath. There`s also a sitting room, a family room (with a smart TV), a study, and the laundry room. The spacious eat-in kitchen connects to the formal dining room through the cook`s pantry, where you`ll find all the kitchen tools wanted for hosting an excellent meal. Disclosure: There is going to be some city construction going on this summer. We apologize! We will remove this disclosure when the project is completed. You may encounter some road or alley blockages near the home during your stay. Construction will not be going on outside of weekday 8am-5pm hours. Parking can be found on 7th and 8th Street. There’s no end to the outdoor activities you can enjoy here, from mild scenic hikes to ultra-athletic pursuits, and we’re not limited by season. Head out on a fall colors bike ride, ski or snowshoe, go fly fishing, or climb the fourteeners! And as for the great indoors, we have plenty of restaurants, shops and historical attractions.

Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
