The availability is subject to HOA changes. -Policies: No pets. Property Overview: Built as a fishing lodge in the 1960s, retaining the charm of a high-country cabin. Interior clad in Colorado pine wood for a cozy atmosphere. Decorated with vintage fishing themes, perfect for large families to relax in the mountains. First Floor: Small but fully-equipped kitchen. Dining space for 8 and a countertop bar for meal prep. Sliding patio door leading to a spacious, fenced backyard. Living room with a comfortable sectional sofa and 32" smart TV. Washer and dryer on this level. Full bathroom with a large tub, great for kids. Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Adjacent 3/4 bathroom with a shower. Primary suite with a king-sized bed, large private bathroom, walk-in shower, and oversized bathtub. All bedrooms have patio doors opening to a wraparound deck with riverfront mountain views. Access to the third level through the primary suite. Third Floor: Accessible from the primary suite or the wraparound deck. Includes a kitchenette, loft space for kids, a couch, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. 3/4 bathroom with a shower. Outdoor Space: Large, fully fenced backyard with outdoor dining table and seating for 6. Backyard opens to the Fraser River with a large gate for easy access to the water. Rapids constructed by the Edgewater community create a calming sound of falling water. Backyard features native river grasses, mowed monthly for better access. Utilities & Comfort: City water and plumbing. Electric heat for warmth in winter. No air conditioning, but well-insulated for a cool and comfortable summer. Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of an owner’s closet that our cleaning team uses to replenish toiletries and linens. The cabin is close enough to walk to many restaurants, bars, and other entertainment amenities in downtown Granby including the Railroad Museum, Amtrak Station, Brickhouse 40, Grand Azteca, and many more. There is an urgent care less than 1/2 mile from the cabin, as well as the largest grocery store in Grand County. Ski Granby Ranch is 10 minutes away from the cabin and includes seasonal skiing, mountain biking, dining, and entertainment options. Winter Park Resort is 25 minutes away to the south and includes world-class skiing, mountain biking, alpine slides and kids events, gondola rides, high alpine hiking, and much more. Rocky Mountain National Park is 25 minutes away to the north. Three lakes are located between the cabin and the National park. The hot tub schedule is as follows: CLOSED - October - Nov 21 Opens: Nov 22 - Nov 27 Opens: Fri-Sunday through Dec 23 Opens daily: Dec 23 to Dec 31 Open: January - April: Friday - Sunday CLOSED April 24-May 29th Opens: daily June -August (Refunds will not be given if the hot tub/pool are not available as the HOA makes the schedule and it is subject to change.)
