Sports The Olympic Park is heaving with events and activities, indoors and outdoors. There is a cycle hire right outside the apartment too, so you can easily get around. Shopping The world's largest urban shopping centre, Westfield, is within 5min walking distance. It includes al fresco dining, a 24 screen cinema, a casino and more shops than you could ever imagine. Fine dining Westfield, East Village and The Park have a ton of choice for the food enthusiast, indoors and outdoors. There are also some beautiful canal side restaurants and bars. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,No smoking at any time inside the property, on the balcony or common areas
  • No parties or events are allowed in the property
  • If you are returning from a party or event in the middle of the night you must appreciate that other people are sleeping so please don't be loud or slam doors.
  • No strangers or people that haven’t been registered to stay officially are to be brought back to the flat at any time and especially not at night
  • This is a residential building so we are asking you to respect the common areas & keep the noise down especially after 10pm
  • No shoes are allowed in the flat
  • Treat our flat with respect & as if it is yours
  • You will be responsible for any damages to the property or furniture and for any missing items (we have an inventory) upon inspection once you leave the flat
