This lovely two bedroom house is ideal for couples or families looking for the perfect getaway. The property has a large, open-plan living area with 2 comfy sofas and a private, sunny courtyard.
KITCHEN
The fully integrated contemporary kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay - there’s an oven and hob, fridge/ freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher and lots of space for preparation. There’s plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery for you to use during your stay. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil - so please help yourself.
LIVING ROOM
A bright and spacious room with 2 sofas (one is a double sofa bed) and a Smart TV. The perfect place to relax it also features an original fireplace, wooden flooring and double doors onto the private courtyard.
DINING SPACE
The dining area has a table and chairs that comfortably seats 6 so this is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or drinks with family or friends.
BEDROOMS
Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a super king sized bed and has ample storage for all your clothes and belongings, plus a dressing table which could be used as a desk, if you prefer. In the second bedroom you’ll find two single beds. We also provide fresh white linen, towels and toiletries for every guest to use during their stay.
BATHROOM
The family bathroom is fully tiled and features a contemporary white suite with walk-in shower - what better way to immediately feel relaxed and at home.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The sunny and private courtyard to the rear also doubles as a great dining space and is the perfect place for a morning coffee.
IN ADDITION:
- There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guest use.
- The house is situated on a quiet residential street.
- A travel cot and / or high chair can be hired for the duration of your stay - please request in advance.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment for themselves during their stay.
There are plenty of buses, taxis and Uber, but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot.
WALKING - the best way to experience Brighton from this apartment is on foot. Stroll through the North Laine, along the beach, to the Museum, stop for coffee, have a drink, head up to Churchill Square. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is about a minutes walk away on Upper Gloucester Road/Surrey Street. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean.

About the area
This property is in the heart of Brighton's cultural area, the North Laine, yet it is set on a quiet residential street.
Within a short stroll, you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.
Brighton Pier and the seafront are a ten minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly perfect location.
It is just a 2 minute walk from Brighton train station.
