This property is in the heart of Brighton's cultural area, the North Laine, yet it is set on a quiet residential street. Within a short stroll, you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal. Brighton Pier and the seafront are a ten minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly perfect location. It is just a 2 minute walk from Brighton train station.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times
  • Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25
  • Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour
  • There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors
  • Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees
