Snowater Condo #82 – The Condo For Fun Family Adventures!
It’s time to make memories while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story,
2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse-style condo! The main floor features one bedroom
with 1-queen sized bed and more than ample closet space, a ¾-bath, a remodeled
galley style kitchen with upgraded countertops and appliances (including a
dishwasher), and a pass-through counter/breakfast bar with two dining stools.
A functional and comfy living and dining area features a small dining table
with seating for three, an impressive Regency gas fireplace, a flat-screen
monitor, and a small balcony overlooking the children’s community play area.
Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen
sized bed and plenty of closet space, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a
stack washer and dryer. Need extra room? This condo pairs nicely with our
family Condos #14 and #28, located directly adjacent. This pet-friendly (2-pet
maximum, no exceptions) wifi* equipped and monitored family vacation property
will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the
Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000
feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full
recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four
tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness
center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong
table, and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a
children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at
the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker
Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and
outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests
enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,
backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,
whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests
enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,
snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...the
photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for
Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as
the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures
are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds
are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this
regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written
Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private
residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring
homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them
at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They
should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in
advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests
seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via
a different provider.
