Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom beach house just two minutes away from Cerro Gordo beach, Cerro Gordo mountain bike trail, and great places to eat. Our house has a large back yard, an outdoor eating area and BBQ grill, a quaint covered front porch with seating, a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen, and a dinning room with seating for 6. We are 45 minutes away from SJU airport and Old San Juan. We are within 15 minutes from 6 great beaches. Fully air conditioned.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- · No unregistered guests allowed. Maximum capacity of guests allowed on property is limited to 6.
