Located right on the beach, with access within only 20 metres via the adjacent beach path, your holiday will provide instant relaxation with no need for a car and only the sound of the waves and beach life before you.
Luxuriously appointed with 4 bedrooms, large open plan living spaces on both levels (downstairs has an additional queen sofa bed), internal dining for up to 10 guests and a large top deck providing al fresco dining, an open fireplace, 3 bathrooms (ensuite to master), a contemporary kitchen with the best on the beach views in town, pet-friendly* Anchor Beachfront Retreat is the perfect holiday year round destination.

Neighborhood:
Close to all recreation and beach living. Beach front holiday living, short 5-10 minute walking distance to main township. Short drive by car to Mt Eliza Wineries, Village and Mornington Village.
Other things to note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Property Manager) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
(ii) A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Property Manager requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iv) This property is pet friendly upon application with the breed and age of pet provided.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
A security deposit of $2000 is required to be held by the Property Manager prior to Arrival.
