• The upper level boasts a primary suite with king-size bed, 42" TV for streaming, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
• The upper level also offers a second bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• The lower level offers a bedroom with two queen-size beds. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the family room.

Located just 45 minutes from Asheville in Nebo, this upscale home is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the Lake James area has to offer. Outside of the community, you can spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails like the Fonta Flora Loop in Lake James State Park or High Shoal Falls in South Mountains State Park before grabbing a refreshing craft beer at Fonta Flora’s open-air brewery at Whippoorwill Farm. Less than 25 minutes away, you’ll find the quaint small town of Marion where you can grab another cold one at Mica Town Brewing Company, fresh seafood and a cocktail at Crabby Abby’s Bar and Grille, or a handcrafted dish paired with the NC staple, Cheerwine, at McDowell Local.
Before returning to your home away from home, shop around at the Lake James Antique Mall, or take a short 30-minute drive to the “Simply Charming” town of Morganton where you can find boutiques, novelty shops, regional museums, and art galleries to pick up a souvenir to remind you of your time in the mountains.
