Inside, the layout is comfortable and inviting, perfect for extended stays, seasonal living, or a quiet beach retreat. Outside, you’re surrounded by walking paths, ocean breezes, and the quiet rhythm of coastal Florida life.
This home is pet-friendly, allowing one small dog (under 50 lbs) with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please register your pet after booking.
A minimum 30-day stay is required per HOA guidelines. Guests must complete a short application, including a $21 fee. DocuSign paperwork is sent approximately 30–45 days prior to arrival for HOA approval.
