Only a ¼ mile to Historic Main Street and a ¼ mile or less to Deer Valley’s base, this newly updated contemporary ski retreat is truly the crème de la crème of single level townhome living, with ease of access to everything Park City has to offer.
A newly remodeled, eat in kitchen and stacked stone modern fireplace in the spacious living area make for convenience, après ski comfort. The glass door out to the patio offers a private hot tub and sitting area with new outdoor patio furniture. The Fawngrove is a 2-bedroom oasis offers a King master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a Queen and a Twin bed in a bunk configuration, and a Queen pull out sofa, comfortably sleeping 7 travelers. A foldable crib in the second bedroom is offered for additional guest needs as well.
The level below the condo offers underground parking for guests, while there is additional parking outside in the guest parking area, which is a direct and easy walk up to the sliding glass door and back of the condo. This newly renovated Fawngrove unit offers a contemporary finish with mid-century modern furnishings sure to please any discerning traveler looking for a fashionable lower Deer Valley ski retreat.
Fawngrove has beautiful walking paths all over the property. It is green and lush in summer and a gorgeous walk to evening summer concerts at Deer Valley. The winter months offer equal convenience at Fawngrove.
This property also offers new central air conditioning as part of the recent update. Single level living and ease of access to the condo also makes it great for all ages and demographics. Also, a great property also for Sundance Film Festival guests
