Make your way to the terrace-cum-lounge area, which promises to waive all your worries and rejuvenate your senses. Head over to the terrace bathtub to indulge in well-deserved pampering. Take a relaxing walk after a hearty meal on the lawn. With Saral Beach right around the corner, you are never far from some fun in the sun accompanied by water sports. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 Present on the ground floor, this bedroom comes with modern furnishings and a balcony. It is equipped with an AC, TV, wardrobes, WiFi and an extra mattress on request. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 Present on the ground floor, this bedroom comes with modern furnishings and windows. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms, 1 next to the living area and 1 on the terrace. All bathrooms have towels and basic toiletries. All bathrooms have geysers except the one on the terrace. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA Adorned with posh interiors, the living room is situated on the ground floor of the property. The dining room is part of the living room with comfortable seating. Both areas are equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, TV and a sound system for comfort and entertainment. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with all the basic amenities, crockery and cutlery. - Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering-in is allowed. TERRACE, LOUNGE AREA AND BATHTUB - The open terrace has a lounge area with cushy seating arrangements and marvellous views. - A comfortable Bathtub is placed in the corner of the terrace that can seat up to 3 people. LAWN There is a well-maintained lawn of 600 sq ft. It is ideal for a relaxing stroll. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - This booking is for a penthouse present on the 3rd floor. - A mandatory security deposit of Rs.10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. - Please note that the bathtub does not have hot water. - The caretaker stays near the property and is available from 10 am to 4 pm. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the same property and is available from 10 AM to 4 PM. - This property is part of a gated society, hence, common areas such as the pool and gym are not accessible to guests. - Since the lawn is part of the gated society, it will be shared by the residents as well. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas - Smoking is not allowed on the property. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 small dogs at an additional charge. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
