Enjoy this lovely beach condo 100 meters from the beach and a few steps from the pool plus 500 meters to the main town of shopping, restaurants and more. Super location and great price! This condo is fully equipped with all you need for a great vacation. All you need is a toothbrush and clothes! This condo is located on the second floor by steps. Thoughtfully furnished with two king beds with two bathrooms. There is 24/7 security with parking inside the complex. The perfect vacation! Sombras complex is a lovely luxury complex with complex pools, private security and great parking plus being only 100 meters from the beach, close to town and only 25 minutes from LIR airport. There is a bus stop in town. Red Taxis are available from the airport and we can give you specific english speaking drivers to plan your transportation as well. You have full access to the condo and private terrace. The areas shared are the pools, parking lot and common areas. It is very important to follow the rules of the complex and common area. There are noise rules: No noise after 10pm - 7am. Please do not leave towels are personal belongings on the beach or by the pool unattended. If things do get lost or stolen, you will be charged for those items. We have rental cars to rent for our guests by request only and costs varies per time of year.
