Very well equipped condo in the beautiful condo community of Sombras in Playas del Coco. Sleeps 6. Overlooks one of the pools. Only 100 feet from the beach and 400 meters to the main town. Easy to walk and get around town. Car is optional. Sombras is one of the most beautiful gated communities in Playas Del Coco by the beach.
Beautiful gardens, two pools with lounging areas, gated parking and 24/7 security. This condo is only 25 minutes from LIR airport. Excellent location.
This is a lovely and spacious condo that will make want to return again! The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms. The living space is very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- We provide starter shampoos, toilet paper, coffee, etc but we do not offer unlimited supplies. Please follow all community and pool rules. No diving in the pools. There is no smoking of any substance at any time on the terrace or inside the condo. There is a $500 fine for smoking.
- This is a family friendly style condo and complex. There are no parties allowed.
- No pets.
- Trash is located by the parking area and there is recycling as well.
- Lost or stolen beach towels are a cost of $40
- Makeup towels: We provide you with makeup towels to use to remove makeup versus the regular towels. They clean up perfectly.
- Check out:
- Please make sure all the AC units, coffee maker, and over is off.
- Turn all lights off
- Place all beach towels in the bathroom.
- Make sure the doors are all closed and front door is locked.
