Blissful Retreat A relaxing and spectacular stay awaits at this snowbird-friendly home only four and a half miles from downtown North Port! This family-friendly retreat provides you with a wonderful home base to explore scenic parks, golf courses, hiking trails, and amazing local attractions, such as Blue Ridge Park, The Axe Haus, McKibben Park, Warm Mineral Springs Park, Dallas White Park, Centennial Park, Deer Prairie Creek Preserve, CoolToday Park (spring training home of the Atlanta Braves), Venice Fishing Pier, and Caspersen Beach. Upon entering this coastal-themed home, you will be greeted by an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that seamlessly combines the living room and kitchen. Spread out comfortably on any of the recliners and prepare for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services while the chef of the group treats everyone to delicious homemade meals and snacks. A karaoke machine can be found in the living room if you feel like challenging your friends to a sing-off. The kitchen has been appointed with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Remote workers and students will be happy to know there is a secluded office/workroom with a desk, a desk chair, a printer, and a TV. The living room opens onto a screened lanai where you can spend endless hours soaking up the Florida sun on the poolside loungers, cooling down in the sparkling heated pool, and having memorable alfresco meals at the outdoor dining area. Sleeping arrangements include a spacious main suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower, a separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms have smart TVs available for additional entertainment and convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
