If you’re looking for serene views, easy water access, and abundant sunshine, make your way to this beautiful new home set right on the bay in Rockport in the gated community of The Reserve at St. Charles Bay! Relax in your own private pool. This home also includes an outdoor kitchen island with a gas grill, stainless steel griddle, prep area, and sink that would excite any home chef! Watch the game on the outdoor TV under the covered patio while you prepare your fresh catch for lunch or dinner!
The interior of this home is flooded with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped island kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and counter seating or dine at the nearby table that can comfortably seat eight. After meals, relax in the spacious living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own private accounts. This home also includes a private washer/dryer to help you keep your beach towels and swimsuits bright and clean. Sleeping options include two primary bedrooms, one up and one down, both with king sized beds and both have their own private bathroom and shower. The upstairs also includes a kid-friendly bunk room with a twin and full bed and across the hall, a fourth spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and hall bathroom and bathtub.
Shared amenities at The Reserve include a bayfront community pool, pier, fishing dock & fish cleaning stations, kayaks, SUP, hammocks, a boardwalk, and firepit ideal for meeting your neighbors and closing out your days under the starry night sky. Just a short drive away, you can wander around town stopping in numerous local shops, explore Goose Island State Park, tour the Fulton Mansion, or lounge about on Rockport Beach only 11 miles south.

All docks are private property, no trespassing. You can access the dock directly behind the home during your stay. Fishing is permitted from the dock behind the home or from the pier located in The Reserve. No fishing allowed from the boardwalk.
Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
