Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,- 4 children under 2 years old won’t be charged. Any more than 4 or anyone over 2 years old will be charged.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Smoking is not allowed within the premises.
- - Fireworks are not allowed.
- - Parties are not allowed.
- - Please do not exceed the listed number of occupants. Fees may apply
- - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Fees may apply.
- - Please cover all outdoor furniture after use.
- - We are sorry but the fireplace inside is not useable to guests.
- Pool Rules:
- - No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- - Supervise children at all times.
- - Please rinse off before entry.
- - No glass is allowed in the pool or pool area. *Additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area.
- HVAC Rules:
- AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
- HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
