Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. You may utilize the garage for 1 car to park, but you will need to open it from the inside remote. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Swimming is at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty. No glass is allowed at the pool. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Fireworks are not allowed. Ensure you bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the wood pellet grill. Please maintain cleanliness and exhibit courtesy towards fellow facility users.
- AC Rules:
- Texas is heating up! If would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 67 degrees. If the cooling isn't sufficient, feel free to contact us directly for assistance.
- Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. We have a protection plan in place included in the booking price, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
