Welcome to Beach Bum**Sunrise Side (A), 1,250 sq. ft., 3 BR, 2.5 Bath unit that sleeps 8, perfect for your next get-away! Sunrise is in West Beach only a block away from the white sands and emerald green water of Gulf Shores.
Inside, guests will find a crisp, clean interior with beach-feel decor throughout and outside enjoy a semi-private pool (shared by both sides of the duplex) with ample free covered and uncovered parking for cars, RV, or a boat! Pets can play in the fenced back yard. Two pet only and 45 pounds Guest must clean up behind pets.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
