The building located at 8 Energetyków Street is a unique place. It is located right next to a beautiful neo-Gothic church from the late 19th century. This building is of historical significance and has definitely made its mark in the history of Szczecin. Its proximity to all attractions is a huge advantage. It takes just five minutes to reach the famous Szczecin Boulevards - the perfect place for a leisurely stroll with family or friends. Walking along the path by the Western Oder River, you can admire old and new Szczecin in all its glory. This is definitely one of the most representative places on the city map. Just cross the Długi Bridge to reach the Old Market Square, where you can see, among others, the modern Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall, the Chrobry Embankment or the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Please note that the availability of the following services depends on the season:
- Heating: included in the price. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 03-31, from 10-01 to 12-31.
- - Optional services:
- Parking: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
