Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- NO SMOKING in the house, and preferably not on the property as smoke travels. Extra cleaning charges will be applied for smoke smell in the house.
- DO NOT PARK on the road, as you risk being towed at owners/renters expense. Park only in designated areas.
- NO PARTIES allowed at the property. Do not tamper with door locks; if your code is not working, give us a call.
- MAXIMUM occupants in the property are the number of guests listed on the reservation. All guests need to abide by the “Good Neighbor Policy." Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We know you’re on vacation, but the neighborhood has a lot of residents. Please be respectful. Primary renter must be 25 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by adult on the property at all times.
- No commercial photography or videography allowed of any of our properties without written consent.
- No PETS allowed otherwise specified.
- IF ANYTHING BREAKS or SPILLS; we understand accidents happen, let us know so we can make the property whole for the next guests.
