Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.
- Please note that we provide a complimentary set of start up amenities that include: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish pods, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee.
- Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and a camera in the outside by the garage.
- A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
