Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -A woodfire pit has been installed on the rooftop for your enjoyment. Please note, however, that we do not supply the wood for this amenity.
- -Please note that our property does not have garage parking. We offer parking within the community, as well as street parking, both of which operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- -This home is NOT Pet Friendly
- -Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings
- -A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.
- -Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and one in the back of the garage and street parking only.
- -Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
