The Space: Casa Kavita by Property Manager, is a brand new 3-bedroom penthouse in Mistiq, where the stunning design catches your eye the moment you walk in. Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms right at the entrance, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a big bed and a desk, great for anyone who needs to work a bit during their stay. Right across, there’s a room with bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people, also with its own bathroom, making it a cozy spot for kids or friends. The heart of the penthouse is the bright and welcoming living room that opens up to a big terrace. Here, you’ll be treated to amazing views of the ocean. Next to the living room, the main bedroom offers a peaceful escape, complete with a bathroom, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. This room has its own door to the balcony, so you can wake up and step right out to enjoy the view. For those who love to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. But the real highlight is upstairs on the private rooftop. It’s huge, with a table for meals, plenty of shade, a BBQ grill, and a comfy seating area with chairs for lying back and looking at the stars. Plus, there’s a private hot tub facing the ocean, setting the scene for some truly special moments. Guests have access to resort like amenities including two pools, each with its own jacuzzi and stunning views of the Mar de Cortez, comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing, a well-equipped gym for staying active, and an unbeatable location. The Neighborhood: Mistiq is a brand-new, exclusive, secured, gated development with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the Tezal area, just a 5-minute drive from grocery stores including Fresko and Costco. The development is a 10-minute drive from the famous Medano Beach and downtown, far enough from the noise and activity of downtown to offer peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy its amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and the gym from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note, construction is happening nearby. Expect construction noise during your stay Getting Around: Depending on your vacation plans, renting a car is a very convenient option, but if you don’t want to drive, Uber & Taxis are plentiful and safe in Cabo. For the safety and well-being of all guests, particularly children, it is imperative that adults provide strict supervision at all times when the jacuzzi is in use. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking. To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee.
