Located in north town St. Augustine is a quiet, up and coming neighborhood that is close to the St. Augustine Airport, St. Augustine High School, and a short drive to Historic Downtown, attractions and beautiful Vilano Beach.
Our little cottage is completely private and dedicated to our guests. The cottage has its very own garage parking! It is outfitted with a private front porch patio area that is equipped with lots of comfy seating and a propane BBQ.
Inside, you will find a cozy living room area with a large SmartTV that provides both YouTubeTV (better than cable) as well as streaming apps - you are welcome to sign yourself into Netflix, Hulu, etc. Beyond the living room is a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc). The laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well, and we provide laundry soap for you.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
