Nice apartment with balcony and garage, in the center of Finale Ligure and a stone’s throw from the sea.
The house, located on the second floor of a period building without elevator, is spacious and comfortable. It has a furnished living room with television, sofa and dining table; an independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave; a sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which have a French bed and one with a single bed.
Finally, a bathroom with a spacious shower stall and a balcony with table and chairs completes the layout.
Guests are provided with amenities such as: parking space in a private garage, washing machine, iron, and heating for the cold coastal winters.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
