Ground floor: it features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room that opens to the terrace/outdoor dining area, a cosy living room, a bathroom with a shower.
First floor: one bedroom with a double bed connected to another bedroom with double bed (it is necessary to walk through the first bedrooms to get to the second one), 1 bathroom, a small living room. On the same level there is another bedroom with a double bed.
Outside, you can relax in the outdoor lounge with a brazier, enjoying the view of the hills. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table that offers a wonderful view, and a pool with sun loungers for your comfort.
The Dependence
This charming guest annex offers a comfortable and stylish retreat within the main property. It features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The bright open-plan living area includes a cozy lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming atmosphere ideal for short or long stays.
Outside, a small private patio provides a relaxing corner with a two-seater sofa and a hanging egg chair—perfect for unwinding outdoors. The dependence is located within the grounds of the main villa; access to the principal house passes in front of its entrance, and the patio connects seamlessly to the outdoor area of the main property.
