BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms are cosy with a queen-sized bed in one and a single bed in the other. All beds are topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of space for your belongings. The frosted glass bedroom door makes the space feel luxurious.
One of the bedroom doors is a heavy glass door and may require a bit of muscle work to close.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is modern with a large shower. I provide complimentary towels, toilet paper and body wash.
Just a heads up, if you’re sensitive to sound, the exhaust fan turns on and off intermittently and gives off a soft humming sound. Ear plugs may be a great idea!

- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- dishwasher
- plates, glasses, and utensils

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
The Braddon area on Lonsdale Street is hip and trendy. There are various restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance of the apartment including a cute corner store and cafe called Bitten just near the building entrance.
My favourite dinner spots include Eighty Six, Lazy Su and Tipsy Bull. The food is decadent and won’t disappoint.
If you’re after coffee or breakfast then I suggest Barrio and Toasted! Or head to Frugii for a post-dinner coffee and ice cream.
The best spot for a drink and a dance is a central bar called Hopscotch. For a nice cocktail head to Tipsy Bull to check out their gin selection or Bentspoke to taste the local brew.
Also, check out the many boutique shops located within and around the building! Just across the road is my favourite women’s clothing store in Canberra, Rebel Muse! It has the best Australian Designer Labels so you can find unique and stylish essentials to add to your wardrobe :)
Private car space is provided, however, it’s nice to know that there is paid and free parking along the street if required.
You are within walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife but if required Uber and the local bus stops would be easy to navigate around Canberra from this area.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
NOTE:
> Please note that there is currently construction activity within the building, which may result in some noise during daytime hours.
> There is an intake vent above the front door. It reverberates and creates minimal noise - it is for fresh air intake into the apartment to minimise humidity.
> The fold-out couch bed is no longer operational and can only be utilized as a couch. Kindly refrain from attempting to use it as a bed.
