Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms). - This is a self check in apartment, keys are required to be collected from building staff upon arrival. Luggage and check in assistance will not be provided. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - Incase of occasional power cuts in Goa, Sky Villas has an inverter backup. - We don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request. -BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
