Welcome to Westridge, one of Breckenridge’s twenty only TRUE ski-in/ski-out homes. This custom-built 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury estate features two master suites, two spacious living rooms, a private hot tub, and a chef’s kitchen, and a spacious office. Every detail of this home was curated, resulting in a perfect setting for families, friends, or corporate retreats. Take in panoramic views of Mt. Ski Access: This home offers true ski-in/ski-out access via the Snowflake Run, located directly behind the property. Guests can ski straight down to the Snowflake Lift in the morning and return home directly off the trail at the end of the day. Please note that snow conditions can vary, especially during early season or late spring, which may affect ski access. For added convenience, the home is just a 20-minute walk to the heart of Breckenridge’s historic Main Street.
Living Room: The main living area features soaring vaulted ceilings and a striking stone gas fireplace. Settle into two plush sofas and enjoy the large SmartTV with cable access or simply soak in the alpine views. This open concept gathering space flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area.
Kitchen & Dining: The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals. Guests will find both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a toaster, blender, and a full range of cooking gadgets and utensils.

• Primary Suite: King bed, walk-in closet, SmartTV, gas fireplace, and reading nook with breathtaking Bald Mountain views. Ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted soaking tub. A private laundry area is also included.
• Second Bedroom: King bed, lounge chair, window bench, SmartTV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Offers sweeping Tenmile Range views.
• Third Bedroom: King bed, closet, SmartTV, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Fifth Bedroom (Bunk Room): Two sets of bunk beds (Twin/Twin and Twin/Full).
Family Room: The lower-level family room serves as a casual gathering space with a SmartTV (cable included), comfortable seating, and direct access to the Snowflake ski trail. This level also includes a spacious ski room with built-in seating and ample gear storage.
Hot Tub & Outdoor Space: Step outside to the private hot tub and enjoy mountain views under the Colorado sky. The back patio also features a gas BBQ grill for après-ski dining.
Home Office: For guests needing a quiet workspace, the home includes a private office space with two large desks, comfy chairs, and a SmartTV.
The Westridge Chalet is ideally located for year-round mountain adventure. Ski-in/ski-out access is available directly from the home via the Snowflake Run, and the Breck Free Ride shuttle stop is just a short walk away for easy access to Main Street and other resort bases.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. Please note the home has a Ring camera on the front door.
This home has space for 4 vehicles in total with 2 parking spaces in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
