Whether you’re skiing in the winter or biking and hiking in the summer, you’ll enjoy stylish Mountain Modern furnishings, convenient access to downtown, and the mountains just outside your door. Guests have one on-site parking spot and can easily walk to the Breck Connect Gondola, Main Street, shops, and restaurants.
Please note that this cozy unit is located on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator access.
Proximity: Located directly across from City Market at the entrance to Breckenridge, this condo provides quick and easy access to both town and the slopes. It’s about a 3-minute walk (0.1 miles) to the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop on Airport Road, just 0.5 miles from historic Main Street, and 0.5 miles from the base of the BreckConnect Gondola with direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 (though the bus is often easier if wearing ski boots).
Living Room: The living area features modern décor, a comfortable sofa that folds out into a queen bed, and a flatscreen TV with cable and streaming connectivity. The space is perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains and opens to the bedroom through double barn doors.

Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
