Cottage is just one house from the middle of Kailua Beach, the #1 Beach in the
world. Nestled between a park and a rarely used club with only one beachfront
neighbor, this quiet and serene gated home has private beach access as well
as a salt water pool and hot tub, and giant doors that open the entire center
of the house to the huge lanai. You’ll be greeted every morning with the
sounds of birds chirping, ocean breezes in the palm trees, and the wonderful
sound of waves crashing at the beach. Enjoy the evenings on the 1,000 square
foot lanai listening only to the waves and breezes with your dinner at the
large Balinese table, followed by board games with the kids and a glass of
wine as you relax in the peace, plus a night swim in the warm pool under the
stars.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
