Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
  • This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Reservations will be terminated before the designated date if the property is used for parties, other large gatherings, or any activities that violate rules and guidelines.
  • Management and the owners will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the guests. I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.
  • Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
  • Management and the owners will not be responsible for any items left in the house.
  • The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
  • We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
  • No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
  • The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00
  • Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on adjacent streets where allowed. No parking on the grass or sidewalks.
