Walk to the Yampa River to tube, bike, or blade the Core Trail, or head up Howelsen Hill for skiing, biking, or the alpine slide. The Steamboat Pro Rodeo rodeo is just four blocks away, and the Sailor Way off-leash dog park, with access to the Spring Creek Trail, is just one block from home. A free bus to the Steamboat Resort is one block away as well.
