Welcome to “The Marina,” a beautifully updated 3-bedroom townhome in the heart of Traverse City. Featuring a sleek kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and on-site parking, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience — close to local wineries, restaurants, and boutique shops.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and ’retired’ towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!

All three bedrooms are located on the third floor:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities, plus Pack ‘n Play and high chair for families.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, nightstand, and cozy décor.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the home to host up to 8 guests plus an infant comfortably — a rare find in central Traverse City!

The home offers two full bathrooms on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor. The primary ensuite features a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, while the second full bath offers a shower/tub combo. The half bath off the kitchen adds convenience for group stays.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area create the perfect space for gathering. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a blender, and a dedicated coffee & tea station. Families will appreciate the children’s dinnerware and high chair provided.
Enjoy meals at the island (seating for 2) or the dining table for larger groups. After dinner, relax in the inviting living room featuring a gas fireplace, Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your account), board games, and children’s books. Step out to the balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the fresh Traverse City air.

There is one designated outdoor parking spot labeled "958".
If you have more than one vehicle, street parking may be available on Walnut St.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months.
You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City)

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

- Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
