The living area offers beautiful views overlooking Fanny Hill and a gas fireplace that welcomes you home after an exhilarating day on the mountain or a cool summer night. The full kitchen allows you to make a quick breakfast or snack and hit the slopes. This unit offers all the convenience of mountain resort living with a washer and dryer as well. Professionally managed on-site by a local Aspen Snowmass team. Offering the perfect location, our condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away. Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men’s and women’s spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms. Housekeeping service varies by season--please contact us for details. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours Our on-site ski shop, Slopeside Rentals is located directly on the slopes and provides ski tuning, rentals, demos, and complimentary ski and snowboard storage as a guest of our condominiums. Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted in our condominiums. One complimentary parking space per unit is provided. Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including our condominiums.
