The Home
As you enter the suite on the 3rd floor you’ll find a well decorated retreat for your stay in the city. The entry hall has a queen bedded room on the right side with 3 piece washroom ensuite , lots of closet space, a smart tv and safe for a perfect stay. Down the hall you’ll find a separate washroom for guest use.
The open full kitchen features high end appliances and every tool and dish you’ll need to create some wonderful meals during your stay, or hire one of the private chefs in the area for a culinary experience at home around the 4 person dining table. The living area features a seating area that flows out on to the private terrace, comfortable surroundings and folding desk for added functionality and use. All the TVs of the home feature numerous streaming apps, are connected to lightning fast Fibre optic wifi.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
