You’ll struggle to get much closer to The Australian National University and it’s a short walk to Canberra’s CBD. You will have access to all of the apartment amenities, including the heated pool, sauna and gym, throughout your stay. Please check the full listing information as it will answer most of your questions. BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized and king-sized beds topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedroom has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: I will provide complimentary towels, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen whenever you’re craving for home-cooked meals and has: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - dishwasher - plates, glasses, and utensils - cooking pots and pans - We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. It has access to all local TV channels LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. REMINDERS: 1. Be extra careful as areas may be wet, hoses and ladders and equipment may be in various locations on the property. 2. Close all exterior windows & Doors 3. Refrain from hanging out washing. • Balconies/Verandas cannot be used. COMMON AREA: Note that common building areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. Please note that the pool is currently closed and unavailable for use. It is expected to be back in operation by July. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! There is an ongoing construction nearby and may cause noise disturbance from morning until about 6pm. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and pubs, laundry shop, coffee shop, shopping malls, bus stops and more! Be gentle on the dryer door as it was recently broken and we’re working on getting a schedule to have it fixed. We don’t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop with the TV. The pool is open but with restriction on people (only 2 at a time) For the comfort and enjoyment of all tenants/guests, please keep voice, television, and door closure volumes to a minimum. Check in time: Between 3pm and 10pm STRICTLY Check out time: Between 7:30am and 10am STRICTLY Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. NOTE: Please do not use the dishwasher as it is currently out of order and scheduled for replacement.
