It faces northeast, which keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter, adding to the charm of the apartment and ensure a comfortable stay. BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The first bathroom has a bath and toilet, while the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 43" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can accommodate one car, and there is also a visitor parking area. Free street parking is available on Burke Crescent. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
