Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in Griffith. A very short stroll will take you to a diverse range of restaurants and cafes in the heart of Kingston or Manuka.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
Bathroom 1 has a shower and a toilet. Also, there is a separate toilet room. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart 60" SONY TV which you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. TV has access to local channels
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
Off-street parking is available for two vehicles on the gravel nature strip in front of 4 Barrallier St, Griffith, ACT.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
This house is near the Kingston shop and restaurants, Manuka Pool and Telopea Park. It is only a short drive away from the Manuka shopping precinct, Questacon, the National Library, the National Portrait Gallery, the National Gallery, The High Court of Australia and Lake Burley Griffin.
Within proximity to all that Kingston has to offer including cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and buses as well as being perfectly located for easy access to Kingston Markets, Manuka, Parliament House and Lake Burley Griffin.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
There is a security camera located in the common area, specifically in the carport at the gate, monitoring the entrance pathway as guests walk into the accommodation. There are no cameras inside the property.
