Step into this inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment conveniently located in the heart of Canberra. With modern finishes, plenty of natural light, and just steps from cafes, bars, shops, and the city center.

This light and airy feel brand-new apartment has an open living area that flows out to the balcony - ideal for entertaining family and friends and enjoying the view.
BEDROOM:
Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- dishwasher
- crockery and cutlery
- Nespresso machine
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. But this has access to local TV channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
There is also paid parking on street - limited.
Additional paid parking at Canberra Centre - time restrictions.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
The apartment is located on Batman Street and only a minute walk to the City Centre.
Directly across the road from Canberra Centre and a short stroll to Braddons infamous Lonsdale Street have at your fingertips some of the best restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique shopping Canberra has to offer.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
