For a one-of-a-kind Texas Hill Country getaway, you need a one-of-a-kind place to stay. Overlooking the beautiful water of Canyon Lake sits a house that has to be seen to be believed. You haven’t experienced luxury until you’ve experienced the decadence that is Stonecrest Shores. Located in Canyon Lake, this unbelievable home hosts up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The front of the home presents a humble abode but, upon entering, you’ll be taken aback by the beauty and uniqueness of this custom home. You almost won’t know where to begin! To your right, you’ll find the half bathroom followed by the laundry room complete with a full washer and dryer. To your left, you’ll find a staircase that we’ll come back to in a bit. First, the living area and kitchen! The living area is modern work of Texas art filled with gorgeous furniture and impeccable decor. A beautiful fireplace sits behind comfortable loveseats, chairs, and a large couch, all positioned in front of the mounted flat-screen TV. To the right of the living area, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and is a sight to behold. Next to the dining table is the kitchen of every homeowner’s dreams. Gorgeous custom cabinets, modern stainless steel appliances, plenty of cooking and dining essentials, a small flat-screen TV, plenty of counter space, and an inviting atmosphere. If you’re able to pull yourself away, head back through the living room, through the door where you’ll find the first bedroom. In addition to a room full of Texas sunshine, you’ll also find a king-sized bed, 2 love seats, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a private resort-style bathroom. The bathroom includes a large vanity with dual sinks, a gorgeous large walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Now, let’s head down the staircase located by the front door. At the foot of the stairs, the door to the left takes you into a game room that includes a pool table as well as a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall in a custom-built entertainment center. The game room also features a kitchenette that will remind you of a smaller version of the upstairs kitchen and includes stainless steel appliances. Continue through the game room where you’ll come upon bedroom number 2. The 2nd bedroom features a king-sized bed, gorgeous views of Canyon Lake, and access to the 2nd bathroom that features a full vanity and stand-up shower. The 2nd bathroom can also be accessed through the game room. Around the corner of the 2nd bedroom is a 2nd staircase. At the top of the stairs and to the right is where you’ll find the 3rd bedroom. In it, you’ll find a king-sized bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, more gorgeous decor, and a private bathroom with a full vanity and a shower/tub combo. Head back downstairs, through the game room, and continue down the hall to the 4th and 5th bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (first door to the left) features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and access to the 3rd full bathroom which includes a full vanity with plenty of counter space and a shower/tub combo. Through the bathroom, you can access the 5th bedroom which includes a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet. If you think the house is incredible, wait until you see the backyard and 2 patio areas! The patio can be accessed on both floors from nearly every room in the house with the exception of the 5th bedroom. On the top level of the patio, you’ll find a large grill as well as plenty of seating via patio chairs and a long patio table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. There’s also a staircase that takes you down to the first-level patio and the rest of this resort-style backyard. The patio on the lower level includes more seating with plush patio couches and chairs. In the center of the lower level patio is a small infinity pool that will make this home unforgettable. Take in a gorgeous sunset after a day exploring the Texas Hill Country. Head down the stone steps to a covered eating/sitting area or lay out right along the lake as the steps lead you directly to it! It’ll be hard to leave this home but be sure to check out all the nearby attractions, such as a free, public boat ramp, boat rentals, Guadalupe River tubing, Whitewater Amphitheater, local cuisine, and much more! You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 10 guests and 4 vehicles.
