Gruene Vista is something out of a fairytale. This beautiful 3,400 square foot home on the Guadalupe river features a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath floor plan, is newly updated, and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults.
The living room offers Texas flare, complete with gorgeous decor, 2 comfy couches, a large HDTV, and stunning views from the large windows. The kitchen includes all cooking and dining essentials as well as features a large dining table and bar seating providing plenty of dining space for your guests. Head through the kitchen and you’ll find a pool table room for some post-dinner billiards.
Head downstairs where you’ll find a beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bath with a large tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to the patio and gas grill as well as a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed.
Need more room? There’s plenty! Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom complete with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and HDTV. You’ll also find a third full bathroom as well as a study/office area with an additional sleeper sofa. There’s also a laundry room with a full washer and dryer available for use.
The backyard of this stunning home offers a covered patio and barbecue area, as well as an open deck on the back of the property that offers views of the Guadalupe River and surrounding valleys from high above.
Then there’s the location Gruene Vista is perfectly located just one mile from Gruene Hall and the Historic Gruene District, and only three miles from Schlitterbahn, the Comal River tube chute, and downtown New Braunfels. For the kids, check out beautiful Landa Park, where guests of all ages will appreciate the spring-fed waters, and the Founders Oak Tree, the mightiest oak tree in Texas!
