That’s exactly where you’ll be when you stay at Cypress Shores, a brand new build that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sitting on the shores of Lake Dunlap under large cypress trees you’ll find your Hill Country getaway. Step inside this beautiful home where you’ll be greeted by modern art and decor and sweeping Guadalupe River views. To the left of the entryway, you’ll find the first two bedrooms. To your left, you’ll find the first bedroom that offers a cozy queen-sized bed, gorgeous tall ceilings, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV located above the dresser, and a closet providing plenty of storage space. Outside of the bedroom and to your left, you’ll come across two doors in the hallway. Behind the first door, you’ll find a closet for additional space. The second door is where you’ll find the washroom complete with a full washer and dryer. Straight ahead is where you’ll find the second bedroom complete with two twin beds and a spacious closet. Just outside of the second bedroom is where you’ll find the first bathroom complete with a tub and shower combo. Head back down the hall and over to the rest of the home where the luxury continues. The first door to the right of the entryway leads to the large garage. The second door is where you’ll find the third bedroom complete with both a twin and full-sized bed and beautiful decor. Behind the third door is where you’ll find the half bathroom. Through the hallway is where you’ll be greeted by a stunning open floor concept that includes the kitchen and living area of every vacationer’s dream. The large custom kitchen is outfitted with modern, stainless steel appliances and is filled with cooking and dining essentials. In the center of the kitchen sits the island where you’ll find plenty of counter space, a sink, and additional seating. Just past the kitchen is the dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight and gorgeous views of the river, providing beautiful scenery for your meal. The large living area offers plenty of space to relax with a large sectional, two cute ottomans, and a large flat-screen mounted over a cozy fireplace. Around the corner of the living area is where you’ll find the master bedroom and dare we say, you’ll be in for a treat! The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, situated in front of a mounted flat-screen TV and fireplace. To the left of the bed is a bathroom that has to be seen to be believed. The master bathroom offers a vanity with dual sinks and plenty of counter space. Straight ahead is where you’ll find a walk-in closet. Next to the closet is where you’ll find serenity in the form of a gorgeous bathtub inside of a large shower. More than just a shower, it’s its very own room! It doesn’t stop there. The master bedroom offers access to the covered concrete patio that serves as a great gathering spot. The patio offers additional seating to enjoy a meal with friends and family as well as a large grill available for those great Hill Country summer BBQs. From the patio, a rock walkway leads you through the gate, down the brand new rock staircase (with railing) to the brand new wooden dock, giving you direct access to the river for a cool dip or some fishing.
