Inside this luxurious home, you’ll find a large, spacious kitchen that is part of the living/kitchen open concept space. Along the wall sits the custom cabinets, a large stainless steel stove, and a huge stainless steel refrigerator with plenty of space for anything you may need to keep cool. A large island includes the sink, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space that provides seating for 5. Additional seating can be found at the dining room table just off from the kitchen.
Around the corner from the kitchen, you’ll find the wet bar, complete with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of glasses for your end-of-the-day beverages.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
