Along the wall sits the custom cabinets, a large stainless steel stove, and a huge stainless steel refrigerator with plenty of space for anything you may need to keep cool. A large island includes the sink, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space that provides seating for 5. Additional seating can be found at the dining room table just off from the kitchen. Around the corner from the kitchen, you’ll find the wet bar, complete with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of glasses for your end-of-the-day beverages. The living room serves as a perfect place to gather with a large sectional sofa and 2 loveseats situated in front of a cozy fireplace with a flatscreen TV mounted just above it. The room is filled with gorgeous natural sunlight provided by the sliding glass doors that lead to a patio you’ll never want to leave! The patio features a stone kitchenette attached to a fireplace with a flatscreen TV mounted just above it. The patio furniture provides comfortable seating for the family while the patio table allows for everyone to enjoy a nice meal under the Texas sky. The fence that surrounds the patio provides 2 access points to your own private spot on the river. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are down the hall from the kitchen. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed and private bathroom that includes a beautiful vanity area and a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 full-sized beds. Next door to the bedroom you’ll find the second full bathroom complete with dual vanity and a stunning shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is to your right and is complete with a king-sized bed and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom, located just beyond the living and dining area, features 6 masterfully-built twin-sized bunk beds. In the center of the room, you’ll find a comfy sofa and 2 bean bag chairs around an entertainment center with a flatscreen TV.
