This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath condo sleeps 7 and offers 1,200 square feet of living space. This two-level property has been recently refreshed with new appliances, flooring, paint, art, and some new furniture. The bedrooms are downstairs from the entry, and the living area is upstairs with a loft above. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, access to a small patio, and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo off the hallway. There is a stacked washer/dryer in this bathroom closet. This unit DOES NOT have a telephone or A/C, and there are no TVs in the bedrooms.
The living room has a 46-inch flatscreen TV with cable, wireless internet access, and a wood-burning fireplace. It opens to a deck with a table and 4 chairs. The dining room table seats six, and the alcove off the full kitchen seats three at a small table and three at the breakfast bar. The loft has a twin bunk bed, a twin bed, a twin sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and is open to the living room and kitchen below. The loft is not recommended for small children as it is open to the living room below, and the beds are next to the low wall. PARKING FOR ONLY ONE CAR. This complex is NOT pet-friendly, and renters in violation of the pet policy will be charged a $100 fee per day.
Complex Features: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Snowcreek condos. Staying at Snowcreek also includes access to a complex pool in the summer and a clubhouse with a game room and hot tub year-round. No kids under 5 are allowed in the hot tub. Sun Valley Amenities passes for access to the Inn Pool year-round and the Olympic Pool in the summer. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During the peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, a hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Property Manager cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.
